The issue has since been resolved and I am very happy with the results. Ivan came out personally to see me and expressed that he had some personal issues at the time that he had to take care of which resulted in the non-response to my calls on their part. He was very apologetic and under the circumstances I accepted his reasons. I am and was always happy with the work that he did on my pool, it's beautiful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone, who wants a pool done exceptionally well done. Ivan. And his crew just retiled and refinnished our 15 yr old pool and its way better then new.very professional neat and timely .we did stonescapes touch of glass for pool interior wow simply gorgeous. Highly recommend Hh pool and patio
